SHIPPING & RETURNS
Currently, we ship only within the Continental United States and offer free shipping for orders $40.00 and up.
After placing your order please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to be processed depending on availability of the product, we than notify you via e-mail when you order is shipped out by U.S.P.S together with shipping details. We ask that our customers ensure that all details of their address are given accurately so as to avoid packages being returned to us due to invalid or missing information.
However, during the months of February, May and November/December which are our peak seasons, we recommend making early orders so that you may receive your shipment on time for a special event or holiday gift.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We take pride in the quality of our products and thus find that our returns are extremely low.
We do, however, accept returns within 30 days (of delivery of your items) for the following reasons:-
- you were not satisfied with your purchase.
- Received an incorrect item.
Simply contact us and we will be glad to work with you on such issues. All items must have original tags, not damaged or worn.
We do not provide prepaid return labels, therefore you will be responsible for return shipping.
You will receive a full refund for returned goods once we have received the items.
